Partnering with Ember, Radar produced a video launching a new shoe line for Saucony: Endless Summer. The beauty of this new line? They’re all-terrain running shoes, no socks needed – just keep running, wherever you may be: beach, sand, or land.
The challenge was to communicate the beach-sand-land aspect in a two minute promo, so what did we do? We leveraged the varied landscape of beautiful Los Angeles, California, Radar’s hometown.
In Los Angeles, in just a few hours, you can go from running trails to the beach to the mountains. So we capitalized on that, but with a new take on the narrative: everything was reversed.
This was a 2-day shoot, and everything was shot on Red Camera Systems. The promo was shot in 4K. Most importantly, the whole shoot was remotely managed, making this super-simple for the client.
