Universal Studios Hollywood - Employee Breakfast
2010 marked the 5th consecutive year Radar has produced content for the annual Employee of the Year Breakfast at Universal Studios Hollywood. Public Storage 2010
For the third year in a row, Radar was asked to provide media elements and on-site stage management for Public Storage’s annual AMC event in Anaheim, CA. Hired by Ethos, Radar produced a highlight video that featured images & highlights from 2009, a spoof on the NBC TV series “The Office,” and a music video featuring some of Public Storage’s senior management staff, employees and field ops. Project Kindle’s Dance Marathon at UCLA
We’re helping out our friends at Project Kindle today by producing the live webcast of their Dance Marathon at UCLA. Dance Marathon at UCLA 2010 is the 9th annual event of its kind at the UCLA campus. Seeking to educate, fundraise, and spread awareness about the global pediatric AIDS pandemic, Dance Marathon unites over 3,000 students every year in Ackerman Grand Ballroom to literally take a stand against pediatric AIDS. More information on the event can be found here. Watch the stream, chat it up & say hello. We’ll literally be here all night (did we mention it’s a 26-hour dance marathon?). This year, they raised $407,223.73!
Stats update (posted at 1:00 PM PT on 2/14/10): The stream was shared 70 times on Facebook and 47 times on Twitter. The average audience was 65 viewers and peaked at 180+ viewers on 2/14 at 1:00 PM PT. The stream averaged about 90,000+ total viewer minutes).
Radar Delivers For QVC
When QVC needed a crew to film Suze Orman and Jillian Michaels for its Fall promotional campaign, they called Radar. Working under a tight deadline, Radar filmed Orman and Michaels and had the Hi-Def footage FedExed to QVC within 48 hours. You can see the spot on QVC or click here to watch it.
Highlights from the 1st SkipDay - 9/1/09
Our first ever SkipDay was a huge success with more than 100 people showing up for one hour to help pack 10,920 pounds of food, 546 FoodPaks™ and more than 4,000 pounds of beans for children living in the Caribbean and Latin America. Thanks for your help!
Welcome to Skip1.org
Radar’s creative team designed and produced the website for Skip1.org, a new non-profit organization that taps into the world’s wealth to help bring food & water to children in need. The new site has several key components such as a revolving billboard, user-generated accounts, a store, aggregated content from Twitter and a Skip1 leaderboard so people can see who’s skipping and why. Visit the site, skip something and let us know what you think. The website is live but won’t “officially” launch until September 1st, 2009.
