Two Predictions for 2009

1. Someone will make an awesome documentary feature on the whole Web 2.0 movement featuring interviews with Kevin Rose, Gary VaynerchukRobert Scoble, etc… They’ll cover Twitter, Facebook, Digg, MySpace… To win the Oscar next year, producers will have to show how this movement is changing the world.

2.  Gary Vaynerchuck will release a Best of Wine Library DVD.

QuickTime 7.4 ate my AE

Yeah… so when you upgrade from Quicktime 7.3.1 to 7.4, you will find (if you are an After Effects user) that this small seemingly harmless upgrade will actually cause your system to shudder with a major case of the flu. My day was stolen by QuickTime. One of our systems have to be helicopter EVAC’d but now is doing fine.

In honor of this thoughtful gesture by the Apple Quality Control Team.. we give you this, a free desktop wallpaper for your Mac Cinema HD display. It portrays our feelings about the new version of QuickTime.

Whew… ok my rant is over. If you are experiencing the same issues email me and I will send you some solutions.
